•  Coordinate tasks according to plans and monitor workers' performance.

•  Have experience in all type of rigging and familiar with various lifting techniques and the use of equipment such as chain hoist, shackles, slings, tugger winch etc

• Capable of splicing both manila and wire ropes and have skill to make all required knots, bend and hitches.

• Conversant with HSSE requirements.

• Prefer with certificate - Rigger Level 1 or Rigger Level 2

1. Shall be fully experienced in his trade and be able to read and interpret engineering drawings, calculate dimensions, transfer/mark linear dimensions, calculate bending/rolling allowances. Develop patterns using parallel line/redial line/triangulation method, mark hole pitches using trigonometrical methods.
2. Minimum 5 years experience in fitting work.
3. Taking site and shop measurements required for fabrication work.
4. Marking & fitting of members / segments / spools of piping & steel structures.
5. Should lead a team of workers for installing piping and structural works.
6. Conversant with HSSE requirements.

1) Trouble shoot and repair fault on refrigeration Equipments and Air Conditioning units.

2) Preventive maintenance of Refrigeration Equipments & air conditioning units.

3) Installation and testing of Refrigeration Equipments and air conditioning units.

4) Any task assigned by Supervisor

1) Assisting in work execution.

2) Preparation of project sites.

3) Loading and unloading materials and equipment.

4) Following instructions from supervisors and assist in implementing execution plans.

5) Any other tasks that may be assigned by immediate supervisor

Loading / unloading material, assisting crew with scaffold erection / dismantling, and participation in safety meetings / jsa. Assisting scaffold leadman in the erection and dismantling of scaffolds by handing up to scaffold workers.

1. Scaffolding advanced certificate with minimum 5 years of working  knowledge andexperience. Supervise and carry out of scaffolding work. Erect and dismantle of scaffolding as per work requirement and also ensure safety requirements are met.
2. Mandatory requirement: CITB Scaffolding Part A and Part B, CITB Scaffolding Complex, Rescue Worker at Height Training.
3. Supplementary for multi-skilling requirement: Rigger Level I,Competent Rigger Level II, Banksman and Slinger Level I, Competent Banksman and Slinger Level II.

1. NVQ’s Level -1,2,3. AR-18 or Part – 1,2 & Advanced with Scaffold Safety Inspection Certificate.
2. CISRS or CITB registered.
3. Preferably five years in scaffolding industry onshore and offshore.

1. Must have a recognized Degree or equivalent in appropriate engineering disciplines.
2. Able to prepare tender documents, quantity take off & costing.
3. Able to initiate claims & variations and prepare bill of materials for contracts.
4. Assist Project Coordinator & Supervisor in materials taking off.
5. Able to write and speak good English.
6. Possess good interpersonal skills and positive working attitude

1. Must have a recognized Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent in appropriate engineering disciplines.
2. Ability & inclination to work in a multi-nationality environment.
3. Fluent in English Language.
4. Good inter-personal relation skills, presentation skills and ability to deal with clients would be advantageous.
5. Willing to work hard and proactively solve the problems encountered in the project.
6. Computer literacy is compulsory.
